Hibiscus flowers create a bright and tangy tea when simply brewed in boiling water. They are also exceptional to use in cocktails, mocktails, jams and jellies to create beautifully blush pink drinks and desserts.
How To Use:
Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml) in an infuser or teapot and pour over boiling water. Infuse for 5+ minutes depending on your desired strength. Enjoy as is or add honey or sugar to taste. Add mint leaves, lime or ginger during the steeping process for a tea with a twist.
Allow the brewed liquid to cool and then use as a base for drinks or desserts to add a vibrant pop of colour.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
