These fun shaped zoo animals are made from 100% certified organic ingredients – durum wheat semolina flavoured with dried tomato and spinach. It is bronze extruded and then slow dried, resulting in a naturally rough surface that is perfect for ‘holding’ your favourite sauce.

This pasta has a delicious natural flavour and is easy to cook. Suitable for vegans; it is free of artificial flavours and colours, has no added preservative and is non-GMO. Use these turtles, elephants, lions and friends in all your favourite pasta dishes and salads to delight the eyes and tastebuds of young and old.

How to Use:

Organic tomato & spinach zoo pasta will double in size approximately when cooked. Place pasta into plenty of boiling water, approx. 2 litres for every 250g of pasta. Salt may be added if desired. Stir gently to separate and continue to boil for 5-7 minutes or until preferred texture, taking care not to overcook. Remove from heat, strain immediately and rinse under running water. Serve with your favourite sauce.

Add cooked pasta to soups just before serving; delicious in minestrone or broths.

Once cooled, al dente pasta can be used in wonderful fresh pasta salads.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life:
