This Hot Cross Bun Kit contains:

The Hot Cross Bun recipe card
5 g Fine Himalayan Salt
4 g Ground Cinnamon
150 g Australian Organic Raw Sugar
555 g Organic Unbleached Plain Flour
175 g Australian Dried Mixed Fruit
20 g Mixed Citrus Peel
4 g Mixed Spices
7 g Dry Yeast

You will need to add:

For Dough:
3/4 cup of water or milk
3 large eggs
85 g unsalted butter

For Flour Paste:
60ml water

For Sugar Glaze:
40 ml water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
