The combination of Australian sea salt with dehydrated Australian garlic lends itself to many savoury dishes and is an easy way to add a hint of garlic when barbecuing, braising and roasting.


How To Use:

Use as a finishing salt over vegetables, meats and seafood.

Sprinkle garlic salt over barbecued meats, poultry, fish or roast veggies.

It’s particularly delicious on prawns. Elevate the flavour of marinades, sauces and dressings by swapping this for normal salt.

Mix with butter to use on garlic bread or steak or stir through mashed potato.

Add a garlic kick to poached or scrambled eggs or avocado toast along with a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
