How to Use:

Use this spicy Mexican mix as a dry rub or combine with oil as a marinade. Delicious with BBQed spare ribs, chicken wings or skewered meats.

Sprinkle a pinch over vegetables before roasting or grilling. Great with hot buttered corn, baked spuds and sweet potato, or sauteed greens.

Add a spicy lift to bean or rice dishes, taco fillings, soups and hotpots, or burger mixes.

Blend some into mayonnaise, to make a quick and moreish dipping sauce or a tangy dressing for salads.


Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
