These buckwheat kernels have been simply puffed and have a light, fresh texture with a slightly nutty flavour and aroma.
How To Use:
These are a light and tasty addition to breakfast cereals or eat them with yoghurt and fruit. They can be used as is or toast them in coconut oil and maple syrup for an extra layer of flavour.
Make healthy buckwheat crackles. In a saucepan, melt 75g coconut oil, 25g cacao powder, 65g tahini, 175g honey and a touch of vanilla. Then stir in 30g puffed buckwheat and 50g fine coconut. Spoon into patty pans and refrigerate.
