Used in a variety of Asian dishes including Pad Thai, Pho and Laksa, rice noodles are a convenient staple to keep in the pantry. They can be pre-soaked in boiling water and then added to dishes or added dry to wet dishes to cook.
How to Use:
To cook, soak rice noodles in boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes then add to your meal or add dry noodles to wet dishes to cook and absorb flavours.
For a flavour-packed noodle salad, rinse soaked noodles under cold water, drain well and add to a bowl with carrot ribbons, bean sprouts and mint. Top with a dressing made of equal parts soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, rice wine vinegar and a splash of sesame oil. Toss the salad and sprinkle over crushed peanuts.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
