Our White Chocolate and Cranberry Hot Cross Buns are choc full of rich and creamy white chocolate buttons but still have the delicious fruitiness and a hint of cinnamon that everybody already loves in a Hot Cross Bun.
This kit comes packed in a recyclable calico bag and only requires a few extra ingredients from your kitchen to create irresistible Hot Cross Buns to enjoy this Easter.
This Hot Cross Bun Kit contains:
The Hot Cross Bun recipe card
565g Australian Organic Plain Flour
150g Australian Organic Raw Sugar
150g White Chocolate Buttons
70g Organic Cranberries
4g Organic Ground True Cinnamon
5g Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
7g Dry Yeast
You will need to add:
For Dough:
3/4 cup warm water (or milk)
3 large eggs
85g unsalted butter, melted
For Flour Paste:
60mL water
For Sugar Glaze:
40mL water
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
