Handmade in regional Victoria by a small family business using 100% Australian ingredients, including free range eggs from the local farm.

The pasta is made using traditional methods, before it is slow dried for 36 hours to ensure a smooth, silky texture and full flavour.


How To Use:

Torchio is ideal for pesto, carbonara, puttanesca and chunky sauces that will get caught in the bell shaped folds.

Use 1 litre of rapidly boiling water for every 100g of pasta. Simmer for 9-12 minutes or until al dente. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce or in a pasta bake or salad.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
