Try cooking soup mix in water or stock, draining, then using chilled in wraps or with noodles and salads.
How to:
- Before cooking, rinse under cold water.
- To prepare without soaking, use 3 cups of liquid (stock or water) for every cup of soup mix. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 35 minutes or until cooked.
- To prepare with soaking, soak 1 cup of soup mix for 6-8 hours. Drain and place in 3 cups of liquid (stock or water). Bring to the boil and simmer for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
