How To:

Organic gluten free animal pasta will double in size approximately when cooked. Place pasta into plenty of boiling water, approx. 1 litre for every 100g of pasta. Salt may be added if desired. Stir gently to separate and continue to boil for 8-10 minutes or until preferred texture, taking care not to overcook. Remove from heat, strain immediately and rinse under running water.

Cooked pasta can be served with your favourite sauce or added to soups and broths just before serving.

Try mixing cooled, cooked pasta with finely cut vegetables, crumbled feta and an Italian dressing, for a refreshing salad.
