How To Use:

This pasta is a good choice for meat, tomato and creamy sauces and works well for salads, pasta bakes and for throwing into soups towards the end.

If refrigerating leftovers, put a light olive oil coating on to the warm pasta to keep it separated.

The family probably won’t even notice that it isn’t wheat pasta.

To cook, add to plenty of boiling water with a little salt.  Simmer, uncovered, for about 13-15 minutes or until pasta is al dente.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
