How To Use:
This blend of grains makes it quick and easy to prepare a nutritious porridge for breakfast. Simply cook 1 part porridge with 2 parts milk or water over medium heat, uncovered, for 5-10 mins. Stir frequently. Serve with milk and maple syrup or honey.
To improve the digestibility and nutritional benefits that the body can absorb, soak the blend overnight in water with a squeeze of lemon before cooking. This also makes for a smoother, creamier texture.
